I am a consultant, business trainer and coach with 30 years of experience. I have completed nearly 4,000 hours of training and coaching for employees and managers of enterprises, offices and other institutions. I have conducted projects in the area of human capital and strategic management in 25 organizations. For twenty years I have held managerial positions at the operational and strategic level. I am a Doctor of Social Sciences, currently I teach at Collegium Da Vinci in Poznań. During 21 years of my academic career, I have completed over 4,000 teaching hours at ten universities. I have been doing research and writing in two scientific fields: business psychology and management. I have published nearly 60 scientific and popular science works.
